Increased skin in the hip

As you see in image, firstly a small pimple occur in my hip i think its normal but it not going from long time it goes big so i tried to remove it but it reappears but after some time the extra skin comes out and also pains when i try to remove and becomes hard. Due to this i am not able to sit properly it paining . What is this? Why it occur? Is this any serious problem? I feel very scary about this problem and it also painfull.plz help me what i do . Please suggest any cream to remove it🙏🙏🙏

It is skin tag which occurs due to friction- best treatment is to get it removed by cautery from dermatologist. Nothing to worry it can be completely cured.
