IMPRESSION: Findings are suggestive of: • Increased signal seen in the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus, reaching upto its articular margins and represents grade II meniscal signal (tear). • Mild fluid is seen in knee joint. What is the recommendation for above condition ?

Depends on how old the injury is and how badly inflammed the knee is. Patient would first need to be evaluated and would most likely need rest, antiinflammatories for relieving pain and swelling followed by exercises to get movements back. Then reassess and see if meniscus is causing problems in function.
Next Steps
consult an orthopod.
