In my wife's USG, " Increased Myometrial Vascular flow" are mentioned in the remarks with 11.42mm × 3.66mm endometrial polyp. Is the INCREASED MYOMETRIAL VASCULAR FLOW a major concern for conception? Is it indicate other disease or not?
