Vitamin b12, folic acid,
vitamin D, zinc. If she is deficient in iron or any vitamins, please consult a Paediatrician for the supplements.
Although she might be eating home food, check her portion size and variety in foods.
You can include potato, almonds, groundnuts, cashew nuts, coconut, eggs, dals, khajjur, figs on daily basis.
Add ghee to her rice or on chapatti.
Make sure she eats vegetables in good quality, two fruits a day and handful of nuts everyday .
Immunity drops if a child eats biscuits or bakery items on daily basis. Instead of biscuits, you can give her dry fruit with dry coconut laddoo made at home, one daily.
