Increase wbc

Last 10 month I have done many time CBC test at recognition lab all time my wbc is beetwin 12500 to 14500 . Two time i had done GBP test and report is GBP test normal .my esr is 2 , I have no any problems . What is this wbc range is right pls suggest what I can do in future.

4000 to 11000 is generally accepted but in some cases without infection also it may be found increased.  Take max water. May take Trikatu powder (ayurved) with honey and Giloy for 4 weeks and report. Try to take good quality or get from us.
