What can be done to increase spo2 level in body? My spo2 level remains around 85, and it is from past few years. Please suggest any natural way of increasing spo2 level I'm body

oxygen levels of 85 is not normal..you must be suffering from some chronic lung disease..consult a Pulmonologist with all reports and detailed history..
