No ,there is no direct link between them, because stones are more related to hydration status, metabolic substrate concentration and  uti . But indirectly if we want to relate this then we. Can say that if there is any inflammation and infection in git .which may affect the absorption of nutrients and finally may cause alteration in metabolism which may lead to precipitation in form of calculi . But there is no any study or research related to this .
