In three months duration your total cholesterol and LDL has increased it can be either due to poor eating habits lack of exercise or addiction if any. Kindly check on your risk factors and take help of an excessive exercise, low fat low carbohydrates and diet avoid addiction if any. Repeat lipid profile fasting after three months, if there is any further increase you should start on medication.
