Increase in heart rate

2 months back was having slight chest pain and increase in heart rate so took ecg and echo in echo it was MVP With trivial mr which my doctor said is normal and prescribed me metxl25 for bp and heart rate it came under control From 2 days iam having cold and stress situation as my grandfather is serious..so from today afternoon again my heart rate is increasing above 100 is this normal...
