Increase in ALT & AST after lap surgery

There is an increase in ALT - 78.7 U/L and AST - 58.30 U/L after gallbladder removal , what does it means?should I be worried? All other LFT tests were normal

When was the surgery done? It depends on it. The rise in transaminase levels is not very significant but still needs proper evaluation
