I have been having a running water from the ear from 1 week,at night time it is very heavy,please can u suggest how to get rid of this

This is called Otitis Media . Depending on your duration of symptoms and past history it can be Acute or Chronic. Please see an ENT specialist , who will thoroughly examine your ear and advise you appropriate medicines.
