Sir i want to know. If in my mouth always having chala and i can eat properly And my feeling tired. So what kind of problem i have please Sugges me Is the digestive problem or ulser and cancer type

Mouth ulcers can be due a lot of possible causes. Generally vitamin deficiencies should be ruled out/ treated.
Next Steps
sometimes biopsy of ulcer may be required.
Health Tips
if tobacco smoking etc is there, it has to be stopped with immediate effect.
