There are guidelines to use ECT ELECTROCONVULSIVE THERAPY.. just don’t keep reading online and come to your conclusions.. Visit a Psychiatrist..

Ect is not the permanent solution.. U need proper medication and treatment... It would be helpful if you could share your treatment record I could get a better understanding what can be the next line of management
