Impulse Noise while Laying down

When I lay down on bed,the impulse sound comes and as more I concentrate,it increases.I can't help myself by not concentrating,Please help me

It may cause due various reasons..most commonly due to eutachian tube dysfunction.. vascular tumour in the middle ear should be ruled out . visit an ENT specialist.
