How many times in a year is it ok to have antibiotics ? I had to take antibiotics 4 times this year. All times with doctor advice. Is it ok for a healthy individual to get four  infections througout the year ? Or is it a sign of weakened immune system ? What type of doctor shall I consult for improving my immunity if needed based on my medical history.

there is no such number available for antibiotics intake.....try to limit antibiotic consumption as it may lead to resistance afterwards which is really problematic. Do share urs detailed history to the doctor whenever u consult on need basis.tell ur doctor about ur medication history also.Dnt panic.....improve ur immune system.
