I have had a very light red watery discharge in small quantities at night for two days. We are planning for a baby.So we usually meet at night.My previous menstruation date was 13.05.2024. Due to PCOS my menstruation is usually late for 13-15 days. So I want to know is this discharge related to Implantation?

Could be but do a urine pregnancy test first and get an ultrasound if positive to see if the pregnancy is in the uterus
