No. It's not possible to feel implantation but you can feel mild cramps in the lower abdomen after you miss your period. The cramp is not painful but a funny feel

Sometimes one may feel slught pain or discomfort on ovulation.. But implantation one cant feel... There may be no pregnancy symptoms most of the times in early pregnancy.. So get pregnancy test done if you miss your periods
