Implantation bleeding but negative hcg

I have a 30 day cycle, got light spotting on day 22 mostly brown which I believe was Implantation, now missed periods (CD 33) But all tests are negative including beta HCG I'm going crazy as I really think I'm pregnant What could be the reason
