You can get immediate implant with immediate crown done. First you need to evaluate with cbct scan.

Ideally best replacement option would be an implant considering your age but require some critical planning, consult a good implant dentist near you.

Your xray shows that the supporting bone around the tooth is weakened. If at all saved, this tooth won't survive longer. The best and most conservative treatment would be removal of teeth with immediate implant and immediate teeth replacement as it is in front region and you can't be without teeth for longer time. Consult some surgeon who does immediate loading implants. I won't suggest bridge as it would compromise adjacent teeth and the esthetics. Hope this solves your doubt.

An implant is definitely a good alternative and the most preferred if your other aspects of general health is good.the next best alternative is a bridge.i would suggest you to choose implants as a preference if everything else is in order.
Next Steps
consult a prosthodontist and implantologist
Health Tips
it is not important to have an immediate implant done though it is preferred.you can wait for the sound to heal after tooth removal and then go in for implant placement.immediate placement for front teeth require a certain level of proficiency on the part of the doctor.please be cautious.

This root stump does not seem amenable for any further reconstructive treatment..... best option would be to do for the extraction of this root and discuss the replacement options with your dentist..... Regards.....

Any (implant/bridge/post&core) option you can choose in this case 1.implant is more favourable &conservative in all (costlier & time consuming than other) 2.post & core is more conservative & less costlly &less time consuming, only needed is you have to repeat root canal treatment because of infection at root end 3. Bridge is middle option to all
Next Steps
visit your dentist to know more about above options

Hello, You could either opt for a post and core treatment or extraction of the root fragment and placement of an implant or a bridge. Regards Dr Suman Makam

Hi In my opinion it's better to get this root piece extracted . It's badly broken , infection also persists at the end of root tip. You can go for immediate implant or bridge . Implant will be more favourable Regards
