Imatinib 400mg for CML,HepetitisB immuny

Hi Doc, I have been diagnosed with CLM in year 2013, now taking Imatinib 400mg daily dose. I am married for 14 months now and my wife is hepatitis B positive (during regular pregnancy tests), however my hepatitis B test came out non reactive. Would like to understand if the immunization of Hepatitis B will work for me or would it be effective on me while I am taking Imatinib 400mg on daily basis.
