You are on multiple medications which provide same action but not a single medication in its max effective dose which is surprising. For example David and Nexito both being SSRIs and having similar action. So you need to consult an astute psychiatrist and get your medication revised as per the symptoms. Good luck

**Please do not take amitriptyline without consulting your doctor first.** Based on the medication list, taking amitriptyline carries a significant risk of **severe drug interactions**: * **Risk of Serotonin Syndrome:** You are already taking **Nexito** (escitalopram) and **Daxid** (sertraline)—both of which are SSRIs. Adding amitriptyline (a tricyclic antidepressant) drastically increases the risk of a rare but life-threatening condition called serotonin syndrome, which causes high fever, confusion, rapid heart rate, and tremors. * **Central Nervous System (CNS) Depression:** Combining amitriptyline with medications like **Clonafit Beta** (clonazepam/propranolol) or **Olimelt** (olanzapine) can cause dangerous levels of drowsiness, dizziness, and slowed breathing. * **Heart Rhythm Issues:** Several of your current medications, especially when combined, can affect your heart's electrical activity (QT prolongation). Adding amitriptyline further increases the risk of dangerous heart arrhythmias. Your severe migraine needs to be evaluated by your treating psychiatrist or a neurologist. They can safely prescribe a migraine treatment that does not conflict with your current psychiatric regimen.

Amitriptyline can interact with your current medications (especially Nexito) and may increase the risk of side effects, so it should not be started without your treating doctor's advice. Your migraine should be evaluated first to choose the safest preventive treatment.
Next Steps
Please consult your psychiatrist or a neurologist before adding Amitriptyline or any new medication.
Health Tips
Do not self-medicate, as combining multiple psychiatric medications may increase the risk of excessive sedation, heart rhythm changes, or serotonin syndrome.
