Lst mnth ws daignosd with CKD n creatinine was 4.1, as per my doc did biopsy. 8/20 glomeruli shw shruken bcoz of IgA. No swallowng on face n feet protien passing frm urine no blood.bp 125/85, Ned 2nd opinion as frm last 1 week on medication bt cr is 7, but doc still suggests to cont. wid medicine Omnacortil 40 Sevcar

Dear Sir, the biopsy is suggestive of advanced disease. IgA is well known to progress in spite of treatment especially in advanced stages. You will need to carefully  plan further management in consultation with your nephrologist. Take care.
