The female partner should be fully vaccinated and have anti-HBs ≥10 mIU/mL before marriage/pregnancy. HBV is not transmitted through sperm to the baby; risk is mainly sexual or perinatal from the mother. The newborn only needs routine hepatitis B vaccination as per schedule
Next Steps
Anti hbs titre of female partner

If Anti-HBs ≥10 mIU/mL then Sex is safe and no restrictions in marriage or having baby Do HbeAg level also if they are high then risk of transmission is very high around 80% But if you have baby after doing all necessary investigations then things you should do that 1. Take HBV vaccine at birth 2. HBIG (hepatitis B immunoglobulin) at birth And further immunization as per schedule And at 9- 18 months level of anti - HBs levels should be done
