If pregnancy test gives negative result then what be reason please let me know. I m really it had never happened to me earlier

Delayed periods can occur occasionally even in women who have previous regular periods in the absence of a pregnancy. There is no need for concern. Please wait and see how the next period is . If the irregularity/ delay continues - you will need to visit a gynaecologist
