Hello, I am 33 yrs old. My height is around 5.3" to 5.4". Kindly suggest my ideal weight. I am currently 59.9 kg. I am planning for my first baby. Please advise if I need to lose weight and what should be my ideal weight to conceive. Thanks & Regards Ishita
