Will IOP increase  after ICL Surgery or as it is the same as before ICL surgery? If It increases with how much volume it will increase?

ICL doesn't increase the IOP by its sheer volume, it increases or changes the IOP due to its proximity to the iris where it disrupts the flow of aqueous humor.

It may increase after surgery.   we do a procedure called laser PI prior to surgery to prevent iop rise post surgery

Generally increases for 3-4 days. But comes back to normal eventually. IOP rise for the short time after surgery should not be a criteria to get or not get ICL surgery done.
