I am having skin problem .. extreme dryness lower back fish like marks in skin Hips legs Stomach I thought its jus a skin dryness because of winters  but wen it didnt cure in summers... Doc says its xerosis Or ichthyosis... want to know the treatment best available to cure this in shortest time Suggest soap Moisturiser Oitments to get better texture of skin Etc
