IBS _ gastric_issue

I have this for years now. Recently had an infection for which I took antibiotic  medicine and also  got ultrasound done after consulting a doc and it came out clean. There are a couple of tests that were ok too. I keep having stomach aches after having a meal and have to visit the 2 times daily for the past 2 weeks
