When have outside food it trigger i have Ibs from 2013 and want to get rid of same and what the best way homely food keep in control symptoms

• Avoiding irritating foods, such as spicy, acidic, fried or fatty foods. High fibre diet • Plenty of water to drink • Daily activity in form of yoga/ morning walk/ gym.
