IBS-D and colonoscopy.

Hello Sir! I have long standing case of IBS-D, the first colposcopy was done in 2020 which was absolutely normal. Since then I have had frequent flair-ups. I go for regular check ups and even I asked my doctors if I need another colonoscopy. They delay saying not required. I constantly suffer from loosing motions, bloating, chest burn and weight loss. What do you suggest, should I change my doctor and go for a voluntary colonoscopy to avoid any complications in future or just follow my doctors advise?
