Hi B oesophagitis is a very painful inflammation of tge esophagus making it difficult to swallow also. Include vegetables and fruits in form easy to ingest ( juices, sauces, jellies, soups etc).. Include wheat bread, pasta, oats, quinoa, diluted milk, etc. Foods to avoid is tea, coffee, alcoholic beverages, pickles, processed foods, bakery items,, spices, tomatoes, mustard Drink boiled water as much as possible in half an hour intervals.

Hi, For Esophagitis, eat low fat, high protein meals, take smaller meals, more frequently, eat soft foods that are easily digested. Avoid fatty, spicy & acidic foods such as citrus and tomatoes. Avoid triggering foods like onions, garlic etc. Also avoid tea/ coffee ,soda &other beverages.Take less portions.
