I am suffering eczema from last 3years and never consult with Dr.but now itching is increased and I can't sleep with itching pain Eczema area (bump,thigh uper side and both side of penis) kindly suggest me what to do get remedy fast.

The area you mentioned is not prone for eczema. It might be fungal infection for which you need to use proper anti fungal medication and powders as well. Itching can be managed by levocetrizine tabs for few days.
