Hi!
So basically, I am not sure what complaint you have- if it's a spermatocoele or if it's a hydrocoele.
Let me explain both to you.
A spermatocele is an abnormal fluid filled sac that develops in the epididymis — the small, coiled tube located on the upper testicle that collects and transports sperm. Noncancerous and generally painless, a spermatocele usually is filled with milky or clear fluid that might or might not contain sperm.
A hydrocele is a type of swelling in the scrotum that occurs when fluid collects in the thin sheath surrounding a testicle. Hydrocele is common in newborns and usually disappears without treatment by age 1. Older boys and adult men can develop a hydrocele due to inflammation or injury within the scrotum and is usually painless.
Now this leads me to the next interesting question- what type of hernia have you been diagnosed with?
Now unless we, as doctors, know the type and location of hernia, we would find it a bit difficult to answer your question.
To answer you satisfactorily, I need to get more information from you. And I would need to see your reports.
Since this cannot be done on a Q&A platform like this, I suggest that you contact me over practos chat platform, so I could understand your problem better and hence treat you better.
To answer your question about the treatment of hydrocoele- well, yes!!! Homoeopathic medicines have proved to be very effective in the treatment of hydrocoele and I can give you an easy and relatively cost effective treatment for your problem. In addition, even the intensity of the hernia can be reduced!!!
So contact me on chat, or you could find other methods of communication to reach me as listed on my website- https://major-iengar-clinic.com
I hope this answer has been helpful, and I am happy to have been of service to you.
