I wake up with my mouth full of saliva

Since so many years i have been waking up with my mouth full of saliva and have to spit it out before i could talk.also if i start feeling that saliva has started collecting in my mouth and still i am awake then i spit it and eat something which makes me feel normal but still when i sleep i start drooling. Is it normal

Welcome    Please get your self checked by an ENTERPRISE specialist for tonsillitis some times hypertrophy of tonsills are the cause of drooping saliva. Also have an oral prophylaxis done. Regards Dr Muzaffar
