Based on your symptoms, which include a runny nose, throat pain, loss of taste and smell, difficulty sleeping due to coughing, and throat irritation, it is possible that you might be experiencing a viral infection, such as COVID-19 or another respiratory virus. The persistent cough and discomfort when lying down are typical in such cases. Here are some general guidelines that may help: - Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids. - Use over-the-counter medications like lozenges or throat sprays for relief from throat irritation. - Try to sleep with your head elevated to reduce coughing at night. - Rest as much as possible and avoid physical exertion. - Steam inhalation can provide relief from congestion and throat irritation. - Continue to monitor your symptoms and avoid self-medication with strong drugs without proper guidance. For a more accurate diagnosis and treatment plan, I recommend consulting with me for a thorough evaluation based on your medical history and symptoms. Feel free to WhatsApp me at eight zero zero nine eight two one double three two for further assistance.

Any history of sinusitis?? Does cough have sputum? Any history of fever? Duolin is used mainly to act on lower respiratory tract, not on throat. Do not use steroid nebulizations too. You may have upper respiratory tract infection.
