I saw light flash when I suddenly turned my head today and saw sometimes more often when I'm jumping. Is it because of lack of sleep or any other factors?

Are you having Myopia. You need complete eye examination, including Retina examination. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
