Hi I brush my teeth everyday in morning but in evening i get plaques on my teeth so how do i solved this problem at home

plaque does appear as morning to evening is a big gap.gargle often with water.get your teeth checked by a dentist

Well the problems could be due to 1.crowded teeth as a result plaque accumulation is higher. 2.improper brushing technique
