  4. I'm worried doctor. Why?

Doctor my last lmp was 5th January.I'm unprotected sex on 15 January.I'm worried about pregnancy.so I do 2 USG in different month...27 February and 27 march.1st USG show pcod and minimal fluid..but 2nd  USG show normal study..and both report show different kidney and ovary measurement.why??
