From last 4 days I'm suffering from bloating I'm unable to eat anything . If I'm eating a small quantity my stomach is full I'm not feeling hungry how should I avoid bloating please help me . Currently I'm taking trufolic tab , calcium tab , easypreg od, suprox sr and alamin m forte pls help
