I'm having fever for past three days ..
Is this COVID or what should be done to cure my fever is there any remedies? And also should I get vaccinated?

For fever please take dolo 650 or any plain paracetamol one tablet. Keep checking temperature.
Fever can be due to many causes, covid is one of them so it cannot be said if your fever is due to covid or other diseases without getting a covid test done. So do get yourself tested for covid at the earliest.
If the covid test comes out positive or if your fever is there, don't get vaccinated till your fever subsidies or your are covid positive.
