I'm having a big red dot on penis-head and it's growing big. The problem started around one month ago, whenever I went to pee my penis hurts. When is saw, that what's the problem, I saw a red spot. My penis is swollen up at the upper part and is always dry, nowadays. Now the problem is getting bigger and I'm worried about it. Need help please.
