In my body there is lack of insulin so I'm taking four times insulin of regular 3 times of unit 4 and lantus 1 time of unit 20

you are type 1 diabetes if there is lack of insulin in the body, you are on a basal bolus regimen which mimics the insulin secretion like in a normal person. continue the same adjust doses accordingly with the help of your treating doctor.
