I’m a bit of a mess...

I’m afraid to get help in person because I 1. Don’t want to be judged and 2. Don’t want to cry in front of someone. I’m pretty sure I have anxiety but I’m not really sure I’m very sensitive and Get upset over little things and I also get very angry and easily irritable. And I get waves of ocd like tendencies. Like for example, if I don’t touch the edge of the counter with both hands something bad will happen. And I also get very attached to people and have a fear of abandonment.
