Are you a mother? Do you have any history of surgery there? Do you feel a burning sensation while passing urine ( especially at the end of urination)? If you have no such symptoms, you can relax. Drink at least 2.5-3 liters of water daily. Keep the local area dry after urination. Avoid spicy and oily food. Do pelvic muscles strengthening exercises. For further assistance/queries. contact
