I hv a ugly teeth I want to remove it

I want to remove it the middle teeth is it possible , is there any complications after removing it. Pls tell me

sir it is so called mesiodens which is an extra tooth present between your central incisors it should be extracted only but after removing that tooth there will be gap formation between the tooth . that gap should be settled by doing root canal for both central incisors and putting cap. there wont be much complication with the extraction only thing you have to rule with xray about the root position of the tooth. thank you
