I can understand your concern.
What you can do is calculate your BMI first and then upon its result take a decision as to how much you need to gain in order to come in a range of 20-25 BMI.
have a high protein diet and exercise daily.
Hit the gym and build muscles, that way you will be gaining muscle weight rather than fat which is bad.
