Hi, I am 24 years old. Every night, I have trouble sleeping. I cannot sleep before 3:30-4:00 am daily, and then the vicious cycle of sleeping late and waking up late continues. I am preparing myself for a job, and this poor sleep is affecting me so much. I have been staying awake till late every night for the last 7-8 years. When I was in college, I used to sleep late as I preferred to study in a quiet environment, but as time passed, this started affecting me significantly. During my internship, having to wake up early for the office and struggling to sleep at night resulted in poor performance during the day. If I try to sleep, I overthink, and my mind doesn't settle until it's very late. I end up using social media, until I finally fall asleep. This situation is challenging for me, and I just want to be able to sleep easily and wake up early.
I have no been able to sleep at night for a few days now and that effects my work. it makes me all tired
