I have eczema for a few years, 2 years ago it was treated. Unfortunately in august of 2016 it appeared again and now I don`t know what to do. I have it on my legs and hands. I tried to treat it and it is getting better until I cancel taking the medications. After cancelling everything is going back, In the beginning it looks like bubbles with water
