3 or 4 lumps are in my hand near elbow some in my leg near thigh and some at the back. Is this harmful ? What should i do to get it removed.

Looks like multiple lipomas. Get yourself checked with a general surgeon who is going to advise you regarding the correct diagnosis and d best treatment available.
