And also two  swollen neck lymphonodes from 4 years,an annal wart from 9 months,I have diagnosed prediabetic.and also I was ear surgery in 2014

right sided abdominal pain can be from multiple reasons, most common being acid peptic disease. More detailed history on the type of pain, duration and periodicity, is it more on a empty stomach or after meals would guide to make a proper diagnosis.
Next Steps
Since it is of long duration an Upper Gastrointestinal endoscopy should be done.
